Lisa Grasso Egan
Lisa Grasso Egan was graduated from Providence College, magna cum laude, and Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a member of the Journal of Law & Technology. Prior to joining the Firm, Attorney Egan served as the Director of Labor Relations for the City of New Haven, Connecticut. There she represented the City in all aspects of collective bargaining, including the negotiation of subcontracted municipal operations and managed the personnel, affirmative action and civil service divisions. Attorney Egan's private practice as a litigator and labor and employment attorney focuses on representing private and public sector employers before courts and administrative agencies and in collective bargaining and arbitration. She also provides general advice and counsel to public and private sector clients. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
