Peter Dagostine
Peter Dagostine is a graduate of Boston College and the University of Connecticut School of Law. At the University of Connecticut he was a Notes & Comments Editor of the Connecticut Journal of International Law and was awarded The Honorable M. Joseph Blumenfeld Prize. Attorney Dagostine represents private and public sector employers in labor relations and employment matters including representing management in state and federal court, before the NLRB and during arbitration proceedings. He has been included as a Rising Star for Labor and Employment attorneys in the 2009 and 2010 editions of New England Super Lawyers. Prior to joining the Firm, Attorney Dagostine clerked for the Honorable C. Ian McLachlan of the Connecticut Appellate Court. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
