Loraine Cortese-Costa graduated from the State University of New York at Albany, magna cum laude. She was graduated from Albany Law School in 1986 where she was an associate editor of the Albany Law Review and a member of the team sent by Albany to the National Moot Court Competition in 1985. Before joining Durant, Nichols, Houston Hodgson & Cortese-Costa, Loraine worked for a national labor and employment law firm in New York City. Loraine continues to represent management in the full range of labor and employment mediums including the state and federal courts, CHRO, NLRB, and in collective bargaining and arbitration. She is admitted to the Connecticut and New York bars and has chaired the Labor and Employment section of the Greater Bridgeport Bar Association.
