Prior to joining the Firm, Lisa served as the Director of Labor Relations for the City of New Haven, where she represented the City in all aspects of collective bargaining and successfully negotiated agreements to subcontract the management and operations of several municipal operations including the golf course and water pollution control authority. Lisa also has private practice experience as a litigator and labor and employment attorney.
