Michel Bayonne graduated from Fairfield University and the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he was President of the Labor & Employment Law Society and Co-Chairman of the Regional Bar Association’s Employment Law Committee. Michel is experienced in representing employers in cases involving complaints of employment discrimination, sexual harassment and other related allegations. He is experienced in representing clients in all aspects of employment matters in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies. Prior to joining Durant Nichols, Attorney Michel was an associate in the litigation group of a large New York law firm.
