Rachel Volkman Kushel graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, cum laude, and Temple University School of Law, cum laude, where she was a member of the Political and Civil Rights Law Review. Rachel represents management in a variety of labor and employment matters. She has represented clients before administrative agencies in addition to handling discrimination claims in state and federal courts. Prior to joining Durant, Nichols, Houston, Hodgson & Cortese-Costa, Rachel worked for six years in the labor and employment department of a large Philadelphia law firm. She is admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars and is also admitted in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
