Stephen graduated in 1995 from Quinnipiac College of Law and received his undergraduate degree from Clarkson University. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York.
Stephen has nine years of experience as a litigation attorney. He has defended public and private sector employers in cases alleging discrimination, sexual harassment and wrongful discharge. He has litigated matters before state and federal courts, the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities and other administrative agencies. Stephen has also argued before the Connecticut Supreme Court.
